RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide world class service to HelpFlow visitors by offering a consistent live chat support service
- Attend to inbound chats in accordance with standard operating procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be Philippines based
- A stable internet broadband connection (DSL, cable or FIBER), minimum of 5mbps, with backup internet options
- Computer literate – proficient with MS Office, Google chrome and Zoom/Skype
- Minimum Computer requirements:
- CPU: Quad Core 2.5+ GHz CPU (the higher the better)
- RAM: 8GB + (the higher, the better)
DUAL Monitor: Native screen resolution must be 1920p x 1080p or higher - Headset w/ Mic (for team meetings and huddles)
- Webcam (for team meetings and huddles)
- External Keyboard and Mouse (if you’re using a laptop you need to get a mouse and a keyboard
- MS Office installed (365 or version 2010 and up)
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to work on a shifting schedule but predominantly during US business hours
- At least 1 year of call center experience in CS or Tech accounts
