Coffee Meets Bagel is looking for a passionate, talented Admin Lead to lead a variety of tasks and projects, and enable the team members to thrive. Their responsibilities will span widely supporting multiple functions.

- Organize and schedule meetings. Ensure meetings are scheduled in advance, all communications have been thoroughly made to all participants, and all logistics are meticulously taken care of
- Book business travel , including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members, as needed
- Organize company-wide events along with Office Manager and Senior Management
- Proactively think of what needs to be done to ensure an event is successful and take care of them on time, without a prescriptive direction
- Schedule onsite interviews
- Source potential candidates for Head of Recruiting
Qualifications

- 2+ years work experience
- Experience working with multiple people at once in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Absorb new information and learn things quickly
- Speak and write clearly and succinctly
- Perform tasks in an extremely organized, efficient, and productive manner
- Pay attention to detail and skillfully identify and correct errors
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
- Stay calm under pressure.
- Can maintain stable performance while dealing with demands from multiple people
- Enjoys leading and being proactive.
- Has a track record of proactively being in communication, proactively taking initiatives to resolve roadblocks, and proactively evaluating existing systems and bringing new and improved solutions
- A good sense of judgement. Know when to be in communication, ask questions, or make judgement call on their own
- A passion and excitement for getting things done. Has a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Willing to work outside of standard hours for special or urgent requests (which will only be made in an exceptional basis)
