Role Description The Recruitment Agent will work full time or part time in a hybrid capacity, based in Limassol Municipality mainly with the flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for overseas employment and study programs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with international employers and education partners. The role involves advising candidates on suitable opportunities, guiding them through application and visa processes, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The Recruitment Agent will handle inquiries from prospective applicants, provide high-quality customer service, and support sales efforts by presenting services, following up on leads, and meeting recruitment targets. Collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies is also expected.

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates, employers, and education partners.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, support applicants, and ensure a positive experience.
- Recruiting and Hiring skills to source, assess, and place candidates effectively.
- Sales skills to promote services, follow up on leads, and help achieve recruitment targets.
- Experience in international recruitment, education consulting, or immigration services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases concurrently.
- Proficiency with office software and online communication tools; CRM or applicant tracking system experience is beneficial.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
