Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: 4,000,000 - 7,000,000 JPY (need to confirm range)

Responsibilities:
Partner with Apex recruitment consultants to conceptualize, design, and produce presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Support the Marketing Team in the development of strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Email, and OOH.
Write content articles to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the Apex website.
Proactively create and update marketing materials, including whitepapers, PDFs, infographics, and print materials that increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging video content by participating in various stages of the production process, such as planning, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing, to enhance Apex's marketing initiatives and brand presence.
Manage a diverse range of projects across the organization, contributing to the overall success and growth of Apex.
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, PR, and CSR initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to increase SNS followers and post engagement.
Prepare monthly reports on candidate leads, placements, revenue, and other metrics for internal stakeholders.
Provide updates to the company on marketing initiatives and services offered by the Marketing Team.
Prioritized Skills:
#1: Video creation (MUST have experience and include a link to your portfolio on your application)
#2: Written content creation (preferred)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
3+ years of consistent work experience
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to craft compelling content and presentations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Native proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using graphic design and video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Experience using Salesforce
Experience with UI/UX design
Experience using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience with SEO practices
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Business-level proficiency in Japanese
