Private Equity Fundraiser (French-Speaker)

Company Overview

This is an established global private equity platform with a strong presence across Europe and America. The team is lean, collaborative, and highly international (c. 100-150 people globally), giving you access to senior decision‑makers and the chance to make a visible impact. They are now expanding their fundraising team to deepen their coverage of French‑speaking institutional investors.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising activity across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and other French‑speaking markets.
• Own LP relationships end‑to‑end: origination, pitching, diligence coordination, and ongoing investor management.
• Partner directly with the investment team to understand strategy, pipeline, and fund positioning.
• Support fundraising campaigns across private equity strategies, including primary funds, co‑investments, and bespoke mandates.
• Represent the platform at conferences, roadshows, and LP meetings across Europe.

Role Requirements

• 7-10+ years of fundraising experience within private equity.
• Native or fluent French speaker with strong relationships across French‑speaking Europe.
• Solid track record of raising capital from institutional LPs (family offices, pension funds, insurance, wealth managers).
• Confident communicator with the ability to work independently in a high‑performance environment.
• Role can be based in Paris or London; visa sponsorship available if required.
