Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Representative – Greece (Work From Home or Relocation Support Offered)

Location: Greece – Remote work possible from Athens, relocation support provided

Job Description:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring an excellent service experience and providing effective solutions to their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in Dutch (and occasionally English)

• Provide information about products and services

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

• Maintain a friendly and empathetic approach in every interaction

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native or fluent level of Dutch

• Good command of English (B1+ or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• EU passport or right to work in Greece
