Open Positions As an Electrical Facility Construction Manager, you will aim to provide a comfortable and efficient telecommunications environment as part of a team, engaging primarily in the following tasks. Main Responsibilities: Job Description: Design and construction of data centers, design, construction, and maintenance of internal networks and telephone installations Major Clients: U.S. military (Yokota Air Base), Burton, Levi's, Christian Dior, Chanel, etc. The primary project location will be at U.S. military bases in Japan, specifically Yokota Air Base. Working Conditions: Contract Duration: No fixed term Probation Period: Yes (3 months) Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1.5-hour break) Work Locations: Tokyo headquarters and construction sites (mainly U.S. military bases, Yokota Air Base) Days Off: Weekends and holidays (125 days off per year) Leave: Annual paid leave (10 days granted after six months of employment), summer/winter/New Year's holidays, and bereavement leave Overtime: Yes (average of 45 hours per month) Salary Revision: Annually Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December), with a track record of payment for the past 30 years, plus performance-based bonuses Transportation Allowance: Provided based on company regulations (up to 30,000 yen per month) Social Insurance: Health insurance, employee pension, workers' compensation insurance, and employment insurance Application Requirements: Required (MUST): Fluent English communication skills Conversational Japanese communication skills (must be JLPT N3 level or higher) Preferred (WANT): Motivated individuals, even without prior experience Relevant qualifications in telecommunications construction Ability to demonstrate leadership on-site Ability to accurately understand client needs through consultations Interest in pursuing management positions and team development in the future Other: Proactive learners with a desire for growth Strong problem-solving skills Good communication skills and flexibility in responding Hiring Process: 1.
