The Practice

Conveniently located half an hour from both central Newcastle and Port Stephens and its gorgeous beaches, this d mixed billing family practice provides plenty of backup and assistance from their caring support team. You will work alongside two senior GPs, two GP registrars, an experienced practice manager, an office manager, five nurses, a head nurse and five receptionists. A wide variety of allied health providers are located on site for your patients’ convenience.

Located in a modern purpose-built facility designed by the GP principal, the clinic is thoughtfully set up featuring seven consulting rooms, two dedicated procedure/minor operations rooms, a nursing bay with two beds for long term stays such as IV antibiotics and iron infusions, one emergency bed and a nursing office.

A staff room with a kitchen and on-site parking complete the oh-so convenient set-up.

Practice opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and only two hours on Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 10:30am, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends exploring this gorgeous region.

Essential Criteria

DPA position and visa sponsorship are available.

RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable) and GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
