Position Highlights
- Full-time or part-time schedule available
- $100,000"$120,000 signing bonus for select applicants
- Relocation assistance available
- Outpatient primary care with opportunity for hospital rounding based on interest
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills required
- EMR: Epic
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 0"18, including well-child visits, urgent care, and follow-ups
- Supervise and mentor mid-level pediatric practitioners
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities
- Cover a small number of Saturday shifts and limited after-hours call with additional compensation
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics (or Pediatric NP with 3+ years of experience)
- Active California medical license and DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in community or underserved settings preferred
- Ability to see 18"22 patients per day (full-time)
Compensation and Benefits
