KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Role: Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) • Duties: An ALT supports English lessons. They assist the Japanese Teacher of English (JTE) in lesson planning and conducting classes, often leading activities, games, or pronunciation practice. • School Levels: Kindergarten, Elementary, or Junior High School • Work Days / Times: Monday - Friday, typically from 8:20 am to 4:30 pm (Sociable hours for an excellent work/life balance) • Locations: Saitama, Gunma and Tokyo (only) MONTHLY SALARY: ¥210,000 – ¥240,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and assignment.
