Senior Web Designer

• 7+ years of experience in web design
• A strong portfolio of web work showcasing: end-to-end case studies, live websites, landing pages, responsive design, UI components
• Degree from an accredited university or college or relevant experience
• Expert-level proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
• Strong visual design skills - layout, hierarchy, typography, color, grids – specifically for responsive web interfaces.
• Working knowledge of web accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication abilities
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints to ensure feasible designs

• Lead end-to-end web design projects for multiple clients - from concept/wireframes through to high-fidelity mockups.
• Create detailed design documents including sketches, renderings, 3D models, and technical drawings using industry-standard software
• Translate abstract or ambiguous requirements into polished wireframes and pixel-perfect UI, using your design instincts to push the work beyond what clients expect.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently, and mitigate risks for VQA
• Define, evolve, and maintain design systems (components, tokens, patterns) to ensure consistency and scalability across sites and products.
• Deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines - balancing speed and quality.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders, handle feedback in real time, and provide clear recommendations and trade-offs.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in web design, materials, and technologies
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to enhance usability and appeal
