As part of the Consumer Business Development team, you’ll help identify, develop, and scale partnerships that expand Spotify’s reach, deepen engagement, and shape how users discover audiobooks and media experiences.
We are looking for a Manager to join our Consumer Business Development team, which is responsible for Spotify's strategic distribution partnerships across a broad portfolio of consumer-facing platforms and services. The right candidate will bring partnerships to life day-to-day, ensuring our relationships are a win-win for the partner, the end user, and Spotify.

The United States base range for this position is $143,511 to $205,015, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
