POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our daily warehouse and after-sales logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of incoming repair and return units—from physical receiving and unboxing, to quality inspection (DOA/returns), and supporting customer issue follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inbound Logistics & Device Logging

• Receive, unbox, and physically inspect daily incoming shipments, repair units, and returned packages from dealers and customers.
• Accurately scan, log, and register device information (IMEI, serial numbers, condition) into the internal warehouse/service management system in a timely manner.
• Keep the incoming receiving area organized and ensure all received items are properly tagged for smooth processing.

2. RMA & DOA Inspection & Processing

• Handle incoming Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) units, return requests, and warranty claims according to company standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform basic initial quality checks and documentation verification to assess return eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal repair technicians and local service centers for unit allocation, testing, and replacement dispatch.

3. Customer & Dealer Issue Follow-up

• Support after-sales communication regarding delayed repairs, disputed warranty cases, or shipping discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly via email or phone in English with dealers, customers, and logistics partners to provide status updates and resolve basic service inquiries.
• Escalate complex disputes or technical issues to internal management or technical teams when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Physical Capability & Hands-on Attitude: Comfortable with standard physical warehouse tasks (handling packages, unboxing, organizing stock, and physical inventory checks).
• Language Skills: Business fluent in spoken and written English (for dealer/customer communication). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for smooth internal team collaboration.
• Work Style: Responsible, patient, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Education & Experience: Open to recent graduates looking for practical logistics/after-sales experience in a global consumer electronics brand.
