Job Description:
The Corporate Relations Division of ECC is seeking part-time English teachers for its university and/or business programs across the Kanto region, for the 2026-2027 season. If you're passionate about teaching English and would like to work in an educational environment that encourages growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach communicative English to groups of university or business students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Actively participate in observations, training, and feedback sessions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors both on-site and at the ECC office.

Sample Schedules:
Remote: Tuesdays x 40 weeks; 1 class (18:00 -19:30)
Remote: Mondays to Wednesdays x 20 weeks; 1 class per day (14:00 -16:00)
Musashino Ward: Tuesdays and Thursdays x 26 weeks; (16:10-18:40)
Chuo Ward: Wednesdays x 18 weeks; 2 classes (18:00-21:10)
Chiba City: Mondays x 10 weeks; 2 classes per day (16:10-19:20)

Compensation:
• Base Pay: ¥3,550 per hour
• Completion Bonus: ¥500 per hour taught

Training:
ECC provides paid core training for all successful candidates and regular follow-up training to help you succeed in the classroom. You'll receive support and guidance for all lessons, as well as the necessary textbooks and curriculum.

Requirements:
• English Level: Native-level proficiency
• Residence: Applicants must currently live in Japan
• Visa Status: Applicants must have a status of residence that enables them to work in Japan (Visa sponsorship not available).
