In this role, you will be essential in providing top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with their travel and booking needs to ensure an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, resolving their inquiries and concerns.
- Guide clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling their reservations as needed.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings, providing effective and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve complex customer issues and ensure a high level of service.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to share accurate and helpful information with clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industries, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience with online booking tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
