**Job Description Summary**

You will be a leader of imaging solutions, a part of GE Healthcare's MIM Software business, that streamline workflows and elevate precision in advanced Molecular Imaging, Radiation Oncology, and Theranostics.

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Professional to join our team as a Clinical Solution Lead, with a strong focus on KOL management, strategic site development, and clinical influence. In this pivotal role, you will leverage deep clinical expertise, relationship building capabilities, and technical fluency to accelerate adoption, strengthen partnerships with high impact clinicians, and position MIM as the preferred platform for advanced quantitative imaging.

You will play a central role in identifying, developing, and supporting Key Opinion Leaders, enabling robust collaborations, facilitating clinical education, and ensuring consistent, high quality implementation across leading institutions.

**Job Description**

**KOL Leadership & Strategic Site Development**

+ Serve as the **primary relationship owner** for Key Opinion Leaders, high-volume theranostic programs, and high-influence research partners.

+ Expand and manage a network of **KOLs and Centers of Excellence** , supporting protocol advancement, best practice development, and advisory engagement.

+ Lead **workshops, webinars, and expert-level education sessions** that elevate clinical standards and strengthen MIM's position in the clinical community.

+ Support multi-site research collaborations, harmonization initiatives, and scientific activities led by influential clinicians.

+ Capture and disseminate insights from top-tier users to shape MIM's strategic product and clinical roadmap.

**Sales & Trial Management at KOL centers**

+ Lead **trial execution** , including weekly trial management touchpoints, installs, demos, and rigorous success-metric tracking.

+ Influence clinical decision-making by articulating value, showing workflow impact, and supporting evaluations within leading programs.

+ Provide **strategic congress support** , including expert-level product demos and direct engagement with top clinicians and program leaders.

**Site Implementation & Customer Success at KOL centers**

+ Lead **end-to-end implementation for KOL and high-visibility sites** , ensuring seamless installations, workflow optimization, and adherence to best practices.

+ Provide proactive, relationship-based support tailored to the needs of influential clinicians and flagship programs.

+ Manage **critical interventions** for strategic sites, ensuring rapid issue resolution and strong satisfaction outcomes.

+ Conduct readiness assessments and workflow evaluations to enable high-quality, scalable adoption across leading institutions.

**Product & Engineering Collaboration**

+ Provide structured clinical and workflow feedback-especially from KOLs-on **new product introductions (NPI)** and feature design.

+ Identify and escalate **critical bugs, workflow blockers, or enhancement needs** that directly impact strategic sites.

+ Represent the needs of influential users to guide engineering priorities and future design choices.

**Clinical Excellence Support**

+ Provide expert guidance on phantom calibrations, scanner QA, reconstruction parameter optimization, and quantitative imaging workflows.

+ Develop and disseminate best practices, QA standards, workflow recommendations, and implementation playbooks.

+ Support onboarding and continuous education for GEHC teams (including modality CES and ZCL) to ensure consistent internal knowledge and alignment.

+ Translate field insights into training content and documentation that strengthen clinical competence across both internal and external audiences.

**What You'll Need**

+ Minimum five (5) years of imaging experience, with at least three (3) years in PET or Nuclear Medicine.

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent clinical experience.

+ 2-3+ years of experience in phantom testing, scanner calibration, and quantitative imaging workflows.

+ Strong understanding of theranostic imaging, dosimetry, and reconstruction algorithms.

+ Familiarity with QA frameworks (ACR, AAPM, NEMA).

+ Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, particularly with senior clinicians and KOLs.

+ Ability to travel up to 60%.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ PhD or Master in Medical Physics, Nuclear Medicine, or a related field.

+ Experience with MIM Software or similar quantitative imaging platforms.

+ Prior experience in KOL management, clinical influence roles, or building Centers of Excellence.

+ Background in theranostic program development, research collaboration, or multi-site harmonization.
