AI Software Engineer

The Role

• Design, build, and deploy robust AI agents using Python, owning the full lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production rollout.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and develop a platform to evaluate agent performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver effective AI agents.
• Produce high-quality, unit-tested code, upholding consistent style and documentation through code reviews and CI/CD practices.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 6+ years' professional experience in developing Python applications.
• Deep-level knowledge of Python 3.x, including advanced features like asyncio, type hints, and context managers.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design, and modular architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Python, common AI/ML libraries, and third-party integration.
• Commercial or open-source experience in developing AI agents using well-known services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
