We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Szczecin, Poland and support the end-to-end management of international assignments for both employed and self-employed technicians.
Your Qualifications
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire international mobility process, ensuring compliance while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Szczecin, Poland and support the end-to-end management of international assignments for both employed and self-employed technicians.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in Global Mobility, expatriate tax, or international assignments.
- Practical knowledge of double tax treaties, social security regulations, and modified payrolls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of withholding taxes and related processes.
- Experience with visa and immigration processes.
- Additional foreign language skills.
- GMS Certification.
- ATT and/or CTA qualifications.
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire international mobility process, ensuring compliance while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the end-to-end global mobility process, from assignment planning through relocation and repatriation.
- Coordinating international assignments with employees, HR, Legal, Operations, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with relocation providers, immigration consultants, and tax advisors.
- Overseeing visa and work permit processes for international assignments.
- Monitoring compliance with immigration, tax, social security, and labor regulations across multiple countries.
- Advising internal stakeholders on global mobility requirements and regulatory changes.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies and processes.
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees throughout their international assignments.
- Providing guidance on mobility policies, procedures, and relocation support.
- Tracking employee movements and maintaining accurate mobility documentation and travel records.
- Supporting reporting and ensuring proper documentation of international assignments.
