Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order management, and any issues they may encounter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or multi-lingual environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
