The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role where you will:

  • Deliver high-quality paediatric and neonatal care
  • Support regional and remote outreach across northern South Australia
  • Contribute to maternal-child health and early intervention services
  • Provide culturally safe care, particularly for Aboriginal children
  • Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff
  • Engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
  • Participate in on-call services within a well-supported team

You’ll work within a collaborative regional network while maintaining strong links to tertiary children’s services.

About You
We are seeking:

  • FRACP (General Paediatrics & Child Health)
  • Eligibility for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Experience in public hospital paediatrics
  • A commitment to multidisciplinary, team-based care
  • Teaching experience (desirable but highly regarded)
