You'll be matched with vetted, high-quality clients on a contract basis for meaningful projects. Compensation ranges from $90-$150+/hour, with 100% of earnings kept by builders after A·Team's transparent platform fee. Work is organized around small 3-4 person teams tackling ambitious software projects from 0 to 1, involving scoping, strategy guidance, and execution. Candidates must be senior developers (4+ years experience) with autonomy and expertise in working within small distributed teams. Ideal candidates are experienced engineers who've left large companies or startups to pursue independent work with flexibility to say no to projects. You'll have full control over workload and can pause or leave anytime. A·Team has worked with companies like Lyft, McGraw Hill, ClearCo, Pepsi, Walmart, and numerous YC/a16z-backed startups. Location requirement: Americas, Europe, or Israel. Skills in Go, WordPress, testing, and other development areas welcome. The platform has helped builders earn $85+ million since launch in May 2020.
