Job Description
J-1 / H-1B Eligible OB/GYN Opportunity – Western New YorkPosition Overview
RecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for a full-time, permanent position. This is a well-supported role within a modern hospital offering comprehensive women’s health services and strong clinical volume.
Practice Highlights
- Join a collaborative team of:
- 6 OB/GYN physicians
- 6 Advanced Practice Providers
- 2 dedicated Laborists
- Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum “bread and butter” OB/GYN
- Obstetrics with call
- Deliveries and prenatal care
- Gynecology with dedicated OR block time
- Volume: Approximately 700 births per year
- Call Structure: First-call system with designated backup for balanced coverage
- Technology: Access to DaVinci robotic surgery for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures
- Facilities: Dedicated OR suite on Labor & Delivery within a new, state-of-the-art hospital
- Integrated midwife program with close physician collaboration
- Employed, nonprofit health system
- PSLF eligible
- New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
Immigration Support
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary range: $390,000 – $406,666
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (clinical details section) / $75,000 (organization section)
- wRVU-based productivity incentives
- Additional productivity incentive opportunities
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training
Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

Administrative and business support is provided by the hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
