Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Manage travel bookings, changes, and cancellations promptly and accurately.
• Offer personalized travel advice and solutions tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel industry developments and company services.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel support roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM software is advantageous.
