Project Planner / Project Scheduler

ConsultANZ is seeking 2x Project Planners/Project Schedulers for a top-tier civil engineering company operating in and around Auckland, New Zealand. The company provides a range of civil engineering construction services throughout the country.

Main Duties

• Develop and maintain project schedules for major civil infrastructure projects
• Integrate cost and resource data into schedules (cost-loaded and resource-loaded programs)
• Coordinate with project teams to align planning with construction milestones
• Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, and project reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering, with a focus on civil project planning
• Proven experience in projects involving jetties, wharves, bridges, culverts, piling, roads, or water infrastructure
• Proficiency in CANDY CCS is required
• Strong skills in master scheduling, baseline creation, and progress reporting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Practical, hands-on mindset with a solutions-focused approach
• Commitment to career growth within the engineering industry
