Project Manager

A leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across various business sectors is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager.

The position requires relocation to Cyprus (the company provides a relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new and existing projects, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Legal, Finance, and Compliance departments to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects.
• Maintain project documentation and oversee project timelines and budgets across all projects.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, government authorities, and service providers, to ensure the effective execution of project-related processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide methodological support and guidance to project team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably within the company incorporation or legal services industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, legal compliance, and the regulatory framework.
• Proven project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning and progress tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
