Cook - Sella Ness

The Cook is responsible for the provision of meals and snacks at Marine and Air Operations for SIC employees and Harbour Users. Specific tasks include: preparation, cooking and serving of food within strict guidelines of the Cooksafe Food Safety Assurance System. Duties encompass preparation of menus, portion control, hygiene control, health and safety compliance, and working within a set budget. Part-time permanent position located in Sella Ness, Shetland Islands.
