Senior AI Engineer

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of deploying and maintaining production systems.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing with Large Language Models (LLMs) using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
• Proven experience designing and building robust APIs and microservices using FastAPI or an equivalent framework.

This role focuses on building, scaling, and stabilizing production-grade AI systems. You will work hands-on to design intelligent, agent-based workflows while systematically addressing technical debt, operational bottlenecks, and scalability challenges in existing LLM implementations. Collaborating closely with core engineering and product leadership, you will ensure AI capabilities are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with practical business needs. As a senior engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these systems, from API development to cloud deployment and monitoring.
