As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating clinical services within the Medical Centre. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe, and patient-centred care.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong clinical knowledge, team coordination, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations
- Support and manage clinical staff, including supervision and performance management
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to service development and improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support reporting, data management, and Medicare compliance
- Promote culturally safe and inclusive care for Aboriginal communities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 4 years’ nursing experience, ideally in primary health or community settings
- Previous leadership or coordination experience
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to Aboriginal health and cultural safety
