Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to provide assistance and answer questions related to our hospitality services
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Document client interactions and feedback to help improve service offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within hospitality, is advantageous
