Description (EN)

Ready to Build Technology That’s Years Ahead of the Curve?

Interested in relocating to the US with visa and relocation fully supported?

Want to work on some of the most advanced FPGA and real-time control systems being developed anywhere in the world?

Our client is hiring experienced FPGA engineers from across Berlin and Europe to join a highly advanced engineering team working on next-generation quantum computing technology.

This is an opportunity to step into a genuinely cutting-edge environment where hardware, software, physics, and real-time systems all come together. The work is complex, fast-moving, and deeply technical — focused on building ultra-low latency FPGA platforms capable of controlling quantum systems with extreme precision.

You won’t be maintaining legacy products or making incremental improvements. You’ll be helping develop entirely new computing architectures that could fundamentally change industries ranging from AI and cryptography to scientific research and optimisation.

Senior FPGA Engineer – Quantum Computing

📍 Relocation to a Major US Tech Hub

💰 $250k package

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving difficult technical problems and want to work closer to the frontier of what modern hardware systems can achieve.

You’ll be designing and optimising advanced FPGA systems used for high-speed control, precision timing, signal generation, and real-time data processing — all within an environment where performance and accuracy genuinely matter.

The technology stack includes modern Xilinx RFSoC platforms, SystemVerilog, high-speed interfaces, DSP, and complex real-time architectures operating with microsecond-level timing constraints.

You’ll work alongside an exceptional group of engineers, physicists, and researchers, with the freedom to contribute ideas, influence designs, and tackle problems very few companies in the world are working on.

Why Engineers Are Interested

  • Work on genuinely groundbreaking technology
  • Relocate to one of the world’s leading technology ecosystems
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation fully supported
  • Join a highly technical, engineering-led culture
  • Solve complex FPGA and real-time systems challenges
  • Gain exposure to quantum computing and advanced physics applications
  • Competitive salary, equity, and long-term growth potential

About You

You might currently be working in FPGA development, embedded systems, RF engineering, scientific instrumentation, telecommunications, aerospace, defence, or another high-performance hardware environment.

What matters most is strong FPGA expertise, curiosity, and a passion for building sophisticated systems.

Experience with technologies such as:

  • Xilinx UltraScale+ or RFSoC
  • SystemVerilog
  • High-speed interfaces and DSP
  • Low-latency or deterministic systems
  • Python-based verification or automation would be highly valuable
  • Quantum computing experience is not required.

Relocation Support

For engineers relocating from Europe, our client provides full support throughout the process, including:

  • Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance
  • Immigration guidance
  • Support transitioning into life and work in the US
  • They understand relocating internationally is a major step and are committed to making the process as smooth as possible.

Apply Now

If you’re looking for a role that combines advanced FPGA engineering, deep-tech innovation, and the opportunity to relocate to the US for a career-defining challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
