• Reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery within a dermatology platform
• Built-in Mohs reconstruction referral pipeline
• Strong aesthetics demand in the Twin Cities market
• Physician-led governance with clinical autonomy
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery required
• Fellowship training preferred
• Active or eligible for Minnesota medical license
