About You
You are a patient-focused, professional dentist who values teamwork and open communication. You will be well suited to this role if you:
- Communicate clearly in English and build strong rapport with patients
- Treat dental assistants and support staff with respect as colleagues
- Are open to feedback, mentoring, and continuous improvement
- Bring a positive attitude and genuine interest in regional practice
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
- Manage a wide range of clinical presentations to support rapid skill development
- Take ownership of the patient journey from greeting through to follow-up coordination
- Work collaboratively with DA's and reception to ensure smooth patient flow
- Contribute positively to a respectful, no-drama workplace culture
What’s On Offer
- New graduate salary range of $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience and clinical exposure
- Experienced dentists offered negotiable arrangements based on skill set
- Full-time preferred (8:30am–5:00/5:30pm Monday to Friday), open to 4-day week
- Saturday work optional only if desired
- No evenings, Sundays, or public holidays
- Visa sponsorship available
- Considerable relocation assistance considered
