• Provide personalized travel advice and solutions tailored to client preferences.
• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and services provided.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the travel industry to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel support roles is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is beneficial.
