About the Role
This role is built for people with a sales or outreach mindset. You'll proactively hunt for the right candidates - through LinkedIn, our database, and your own initiative - for specialised roles like SDRs, sales professionals, team leads, and managers at direct employers across Europe.
There are no inbound queues here. You build your own pipeline. You own your accounts. You close your own deals. If you've worked in SDR, inside sales, outreach, or another proactive sales environment and found yourself wanting more purpose behind the hustle - this is the natural next step.
The commission structure reflects the value of what you're placing. Fewer placements, higher value per deal.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively source and approach qualified candidates via LinkedIn, our database, and other channels
- Craft sharp, personalised outreach that gets responses and starts real conversations
- Build and manage your own candidate pipeline from first contact to placement
- Conduct consultative interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit
- Develop ongoing relationships with candidates - you're their career partner, not a CV processor
- Work closely with direct employer clients to understand their needs and hiring culture
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and follow structured recruitment workflows
- Work toward monthly targets focused on qualified placements and offer acceptance
What We're Looking For
- A hunter mentality - you go after the right person, you don't wait for them to come to you
- Background in SDR, inside sales, outreach-based sales, door-to-door sales, or recruitment is a strong advantage
- Sharp written and verbal communicator - your outreach messages get opened and replied to
- Self-directed and organised - you can manage a pipeline without being micromanaged
- Motivated by quality matches and long-term relationships, not just throughput
- Native German or Dutch speaker with business-level English (essential)
