Your Role:

Moderate and review diverse content, including videos, news stories, and social media profiles.
Score and categorize content based on criteria like age-appropriateness, violence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Consistently apply content policies across all formats.
Engage actively in wellness programs and training.
Escalate cases needing further support or impacting performance metrics.
Maintain all security, confidentiality, and project protocols.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Fluent English (C1) and Dutch (C1), with excellent grammar and communication.
Cultural Insight: A deep understanding of the social and political context for Dutch-speaking audiences.
Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation within the last year.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
