We primarily provide hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and ⛳ golf course reservations for affluent overseas clients visiting Japan. 📍 Location & Working Hours ・ Office located near Onarimon Station ・ 9:00–18:00 work hours (no overtime) 🌐 Work Environment ・ A diverse, international team with a flexible and friendly company culture ・ Industry experience preferred, but motivated beginners are also welcome! 📝 Main Responsibilities ・ Working as a team, and with our Tour Operators ・ Booking hotels, transportation, and golf courses ・ Coordinating travel itineraries and customer support (via email and phone) ・ Managing customer information (using spreadsheets and CRM tools) ・ Other general support tasks related to inbound tourism 🎯 Required Skills & Experience ・ Bilingual in Japanese and English (🚨High Level Kanji Only Please🚨) ・ Experience in bookings, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not required) ・ Moderate PC skills (spreadsheets, email, multi-task, etc.) ・ Strong communication skills and attention to detail ✨ We host company events and team gatherings—creating a fun and engaging work environment with a powerful international vibe 🌿 📩 We look forward to your application!
