We primarily provide ⛳ golf course reservations, transportation arrangements, and hotel bookings for affluent overseas tourists visiting Japan. 📍 Location & Working Hours ・ Office located near Onarimon Station ・ Office work required for 5-days each week (including one weekend day) ・ 9:00–18:00 work hours (no overtime) 🌐 Work Environment ・ A diverse, international team with a flexible and friendly company culture ・ We prefer if you have industry experience, but motivated beginners are also welcome! 📝 Main Responsibilities ・ Working as a team within the Reservations Team, and our partners ・ Completing and tracking bookings for hotels, transportation, and golf courses ・ Coordinating with partners and customers (via email and phone) in Japanese and English ・ Managing customer details (using spreadsheets and CRM tools) ・ Other general support tasks related to inbound tourism as requested 🎯 Required Skills & Experience ・ Bilingual in Japanese and English (🚨High Level Kanji Only Please🚨) ・ Experience in bookings, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not required) ・ Moderate PC skills (spreadsheets, email, multi-task, etc.) ・ Strong communication skills and attention to detail are beneficial ✨ We host company events and team gatherings—creating a fun and engaging work environment with a powerful international vibe 🌿 📩 We look forward to your application!
