🗻 Creative & Enthusiastic English Teachers Needed For Our Kids! 🗻 Since we take care of small children, people who love working with kids and have experience are especially welcome! 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫 Our teachers form a tight-knit team and have a group of bilingual Japanese staff who are always there to offer support and assistance. We work together to let our kids have fun, learn English, and build confidence in their language skills! 🏫 Since our teachers go to different kindergartens, they are very independent but collaborate and work together as a team often. ✨ We encourage our teachers to try new approaches, with all teachers having the freedom to plan their own lessons and tailor them to their students’ needs while being guided by our overall curriculum. As well as helping our students work, we strive to create an environment where our teachers can grow too. We hold regular training and always have mentors available for advice. Teachers take care of their own regular classes and students. We also have seasonal events, trips, and a lot of fun! 🙌Additionally we offer a leadership route for advancement for teachers who show potential and want to build their careers. ＜What we're looking for in a teacher!＞ ✅ Must love working with kids! ✅ Native-level English speaker ✅ Energetic and enthusiastic ✅ Good understanding of cultural differences ✅ Valid working visa ✅ Commitment to stay in the position for at least one year or longer ✅ Available for an in-person interview in Japan ＜Job Openings＞ ⭐ 【Kindergarten teacher】 *Location: - The main office is located in Shinyurigaoka, Kanagawa (20 mins from Shinjuku, Tokyo) Our contracted kindergartens are located around Kanagawa and Tokyo. 🗓️ Start period: - Fall 2026 📕 Class Types: - Morning: bigger classes (25~35 students, 10-30 min classes) - Afternoon: smaller classes (3~10 students, 50-60 min classes) 💼 Work conditions: - Mon-Fri (Saturday & Sunday off) - 8 hours/day (ex: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm) - Salary is fixed and paid monthly - Health insurance is provided 💰 Contract completion bonus (dependent on work evaluation) 📅 Time Off: Two days a week, Golden Week, National Holidays, Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation, and 10 paid vacation days initially 🏯 We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of Japanese language and culture by subsidizing partial tuition fees for Japanese language school 💮 An additional monthly allowance is given to all teachers who have passed JLPT N3, N2 or N1! ＜How To Apply＞ Please submit a resume and a cover letter.
