Description (EN)
Braun Management works with executive teams to address organizational problems that are too internal to fix alone. We provide structural analysis and written conclusions that help resolve friction and clarify decision rights within complex business systems. The team is currently preparing a structural analysis for a logistics firm in the Netherlands, and we are building custom digital dashboards to present our data, which requires dedicated CSS support to remain consistent with our standards.
Employment setup
This is a permanent, full-time remote role. The legal employer is Braun Management, based in the United States. We are accepting applications from candidates who are eligible to work in their current country of residence; no relocation or visa sponsorship is provided. While the work is remote from anywhere, your schedule will need to overlap with our current project team in the Netherlands for several hours each day. We expect a 40 hour weekly commitment with core collaboration hours between 10:00 and 15:00 CET. This is a paid position. The hiring process involves an initial interview, a practical CSS task, and a final conversation with our operations lead. No fees are required to apply, and you will not be asked to purchase any software or equipment.
