Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in German via phone, email, and chat regarding online banking services and inquiries.
• Assist customers with account opening, transactions, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues related to their banking experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries and seamless service delivery.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system and follow up as necessary.
• Collect customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and products to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or finance sector, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
