About You
You will have:

Fellowship of RANZCP (or equivalent)
Eligibility for AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience managing complex mental health presentations
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Highly regarded (but not essential):
Leadership or service development experience
Teaching, training, or supervision experience
Research or quality improvement involvement
