The Positions

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centred care while providing clinical leadership within the service. You will support clinical governance, mentor and guide nursing staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining excellence in care delivery.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in aged care

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Currently onshore in Australia

• Strong clinical capability with demonstrated leadership skills

• Willingness to relocate permanently to regional Queensland or NSW
