Reactivation Agent

Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)

*Relocation Package to Malta on offer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting between 4AM - 12PM CET (transportation to the office provided)

We’re looking for driven and personable Reactivation Agents to join a growing & vibrant team in Malta. In this role, you’ll reconnect with inactive players, reigniting their interest in online casinos through tailored offers and top-tier service. You’ll collaborate with global talent, bring fresh energy to the player base, and help drive success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconnect with Players: Proactively reach out to inactive players via phone and other channels to encourage their return to our online casino.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing player inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive player experience.
• Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with players, understanding their preferences and tailoring offers and promotions to re-engage them.
• Communicate with Impact and Charisma: Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to convey the benefits of returning to our online casino.

What You Bring

• Native-level English language skills required; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the online gambling industry, ideally as a Reactivation Agent, Customer Support Agent, or a similar role. Alternatively, a strong understanding of New Zealand/Australian culture paired with an interest in the online casino industry will also be considered.
• Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to engage players effectively.
• Strong initiative and autonomy in your work.
