About the Role

We are seeking a midweight Freelance Producer to join our team in Singapore. This role is central to the agency, partnering closely with Creative, Account, Project Management, Strategy, and Business Affairs to ensure work is delivered at the highest standard. You will balance creative ambition with operational excellence, assisting in production strategy, execution, and delivery for social-first content.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and execute creative concepts from pre-production through final delivery.
Develop and recommend production approaches aligned with creative and business objectives.
Source, review, and negotiate production estimates, vendors, and partners.
Plan, coordinate, and schedule productions across multiple projects simultaneously.
Lead pre-production meetings and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations.
Manage production budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the process.
Advise internal teams on production solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Remain adaptable and solutions-focused in an evolving, fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of professional production experience in an agency or comparable creative environment.
Strong understanding of all core agency disciplines and how they intersect.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Proven ability to manage productions across various platforms and formats.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to self-manage multiple workstreams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Proficiency in macOS and standard productivity tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Must have the legal right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available.
