As a Customer Agent, you will assist our German-speaking customers with their flight inquiries, bookings, and any issues that may arise, ensuring they have a memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about flight bookings, cancellations, and travel changes.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and travel products is advantageous.
