Senior/Lead Software Engineer (Node.js/Angular/.NET)

TechMagic seeks a Senior/Lead Software Engineer with strong backend expertise for a USA-based web project focused on payment integrity solutions for health payers. The role involves developing and maintaining features using Angular and Node.js (Express), contributing to backend services and system architecture, and strengthening team backend expertise. You will collaborate with engineering and ETL teams on integrations, participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, and help mentor other engineers. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software development experience, strong backend development background, hands-on Node.js and Angular experience, prior or current .NET/C# experience, experience designing and implementing backend services/APIs, strong problem-solving skills, Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher, proactive mindset with ownership of technical solutions. Desirable: AWS or cloud platform experience, healthcare systems or regulated environment experience, SQL/NoSQL database experience (MySQL, MongoDB), mentorship or technical leadership experience.
