You'll Do
- Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
- Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
- Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
- Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
- Manage cases in internal systems
Requirements
About You
- Fluent Norwegian and English
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night)
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
