Looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real impact with young people? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health care to youth with complex needs.

The Role

You'll work with young people (typically aged 12-25) experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges, providing both therapeutic support and case management within a recovery-focused framework. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of young people with complex mental health presentations
Deliver evidence-based interventions and tailored treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive assessments, risk assessments and care planning
Provide crisis support and outreach where required
Collaborate closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service improvement

About You

Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health OT)
AHPRA registration or AASW membership
Experience working in mental health (youth experience highly regarded)
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and engagement skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
