· Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts

· Ability to work efficiently and accurately

· Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

· Reliable, organised and detail-oriented

Desirable:

· Experience working with restaurants or high-volume kitchens

· Knowledge of portion control and waste management
