Publishing Team Lead

Join TrafficStars, a leading player in the online advertising industry. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Publishing Team Lead. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in publisher management, team leadership, and mainstream traffic, who is ready to take ownership of team performance and contribute to the growth of the Publishing Department. As a Publishing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the publishing team, developing long-term partnerships with publishers, improving internal processes, and driving business growth. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced AdTech environment. If you are passionate about online advertising, have strong communication and leadership skills, and enjoy building both processes and relationships, we would love to meet you. The position requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, and offers full official employment along with relocation assistance for you and your family.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the branches of the publishing department, defining goals, optimizing processes, and setting performance standards;
• Partner closely with Product and Tech Teams to communicate market needs, customer feedback, and commercial opportunities;
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and drive implementation of new ideas, process improvements, and product initiatives;
• Build scalable account growth strategies, upsell opportunities, and partnership initiatives;
• Monitor team KPIs, pipeline performance, onboarding success, and customer expansion metrics;
• Onboard new clients and guide them through the full sales cycle;
• Proactively search for and acquire new potential clients;
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients;
• Oversee a portfolio of publishers, optimizing ad placements and maximizing publisher revenues;
• Possibility to attend conferences and industry events around the world.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in account management, client success, or business development in the industry;
• Experience in team leadership, department management, or overseeing multi-level operational functions;
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities;
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and technical stakeholders;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project ownership skills;
• Analytical, proactive, and execution-focused;
• Excellent level of English, any other language will be highly valued.
